Prices in US dollars, billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play. Searches reset at the start of each billing month and unused searches do not carry over. If a reference is valid but the carrier never provides any data for it, the search is returned to you.
Questions people ask before their first shipment
What can I track?
Ocean containers by container number, master bill of lading or booking number, and air cargo by master air waybill, from the world's major container lines and airlines. House bills and house air waybills issued by forwarders usually cannot be tracked, so use the master reference on your carrier documents.
What counts as a search?
One search adds one shipment to your list and follows it until delivery. A bill of lading or booking that covers several containers still counts as one search. Opening a shipment you already track never costs anything.
What happens if I enter a wrong number?
Numbers are checked as you type, and a reference that is not valid is never charged. If a reference is valid but the carrier never provides any data for it, the search is returned to you and you can try the bill of lading or booking number instead.
How do I get updates?
By push notification, in-app alert and email, for events such as departure, arrival, discharge and changes to the arrival estimate. You choose the channels in Settings.
Does the map show live positions?
Yes, where the carrier or airline publishes position data. Otherwise the map shows the route with the latest confirmed milestone.
Can I scan a document instead of typing?
Yes. Point the camera at a bill of lading, booking confirmation or air waybill and Freightly reads the container, bill or air waybill number. You confirm it before the search runs.
How do subscriptions work?
Plans are monthly and billed through the App Store or Google Play. Upgrades apply immediately and keep the searches you have already used this month. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. You cancel in your store account and keep your plan until the end of the paid month.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. You can also request deletion by email.
